Chef Jean-Paul, my husband, is an incredible Chef. I am so lucky, and I love every minute of it. Whoever said the way to a woman’s heart is through her stomach knew exactly what they were talking about...Ha! Jean-Paul was born and raised in Metz, France. All of his culinary training was completed in European professional culinary institutes. He has worked at some of the finest establishments in the USA. For many years, we owned a restaurant called Soren’s in Cherry Creek, Denver, Colorado. Today Jean-Paul is Executive Chef for Flying Horse Catering in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Through my website, we are presenting some of our favorite tried and true recipes on a Recipe of the Month basis. Our collection will add up as the months go by, and you will be able to access them with a click of a button. Recipes will include Salads, Soups, Desserts and everything in between.
